Set on a 3,500 sqm plot right on the waterfront, it boasts a private palm tree-lined beach and dock. The villa features 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, a spacious great room, a gourmet kitchen, dining for 10, and a private spa. The crystal-clear waters lapping the palm-fringed shore, along with stunning views of the rugged coastal landscape, create a peaceful retreat. The 3,500 sqm garden hosts a private spa, offering tranquility and relaxation. Paddleboarding around the breathtaking bay or enjoying the pristine pool set before the expansive outdoor terrace, complete with elegant seating and a handmade dining table, provides the perfect space to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle.

Ground Floor

The open-plan living area features high beamed ceilings and an archway, showcasing the stonework walls. The space is uniquely designed with a striking wood and mirrored wall that divides the living and sleeping areas. Contemporary furnishings like a curved sofa blend seamlessly with traditional features. The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with world-renowned appliances, including a wine fridge stocked with Cretan wines (extra charge, payable locally). A Broil King barbecue is located just beyond the patio, perfect for grilling steaks. The sleek indoor dining table for 10 extends from the kitchen island, enhancing the social dining experience. Patio doors open to the outdoor dining area, which features a handmade table, offering a smooth transition to alfresco dining.

Two master ensuite bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both rooms are luxurious with plush Queen-size beds (1.80x2.00) and two-seater sofas for added comfort. Patio doors open to the garden, and bespoke glass and iron walls separate the bedrooms from the high-quality ensuite bathrooms.

Additionally, a separate communal bathroom with a vessel sink and a utility area with a washer/dryer are available for convenience.

First Floor

The first floor features a completely autonomous space accessible by external stairs. It includes a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cozy living room. The classic design, blending stone and plaster walls with a beamed ceiling, creates a harmonious atmosphere. The living room, with comfortable seating and a window seat, provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The 65” SmartTV with Netflix and PS5 makes it an ideal area for movie watchers or gamers, while the office area offers the opportunity to catch up on work with an unbeatable view.

Two additional double bedrooms, each with Queen-size beds (1.80x2.00), a 45” TV (one smart, one with satellite), and sea views, are located on this floor. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

A spiral staircase leads to the ‘penthouse’ bedroom, which is bright and airy with a sloped attic-style roof. The room features two large armchairs, perfect for quiet moments while taking in panoramic views. A walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite jacuzzi bath add to the luxurious feel.

The 3,500 sqm outdoor area is simply breathtaking. Lush lawns dotted with trees and plants lead to impressive palm trees lining the bay, adding a tropical touch.
