Villa Vespera is a stunning 6-bedroom villa with a private beach and breathtaking sea views, located just 20 minutes from Heraklion Airport (N. Kazantzakis). This luxurious property offers everything you need for a perfect stay, with plenty to see and do in the surrounding area.

The villa features two fully equipped kitchens, ensuring you have everything you might need for your stay. For an extra touch of luxury, we also offer additional catering and private chef services (price and availability upon request).

Ground Floor
On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen and a large living room, which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The living room includes a dining table, sofa, TV, and a fireplace, with large sliding windows that open up to seamlessly combine the living space with the pool area. This creates a huge space ideal for hosting unforgettable parties, set against the backdrop of Heraklion Bay. At night, enjoy the twinkling lights of the city across the bay, while in the early morning, you can witness the sunrise straight from the sea.

Villa Vespera offers 6 beautiful bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 couples:

Master Bedroom 1: Featuring a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and access to a mini office. This bedroom also boasts a large balcony with a breathtaking sea view.

Master Bedroom 2: Also includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a spacious balcony. The highlight of this room is the luxurious floor-standing bathtub positioned next to a curved glass wall with spectacular sea views.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom comes with a double bed, a gorgeous sea view, and a private balcony.

Bedroom 4: This room has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a garden view.

Bedroom 5: Located on the underground level, this bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and its own kitchen. Being in the bunker, this room has no windows, offering a unique and private experience.

Additional Bathrooms: There are two additional bathrooms with showers, located on the top and ground floors.

Additional Features
The villa also offers a private gym and a laundry room equipped with washing and drying machines. A fun feature is the laundry chute, where you can toss your clothes and they’ll land straight in the laundry basket in the underground laundry room.

Linen and towels are provided by eco-friendly Greek brand Coconut, and we also offer a range of premium Greek products from Apivita and Zelos, including shampoos, shower gels, and more, to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The villa’s bunker is equipped with thick concrete walls, an independent air filtration system, and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator. It also has a toilet with a shower, as well as a supply of water and food—ideal for when you need to retreat or take shelter.
